Thank you for choosing B. Couture Collections! We appreciate your support and ask that you carefully review our policies before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to all policies listed below.

Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.

Messages, emails, and order inquiries received outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4PM NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 4PM WILL BE TREATED AS NEXT DAY ORDERS. ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT ON BUSINESS DAYS ONLY.

There is a 3-5 BUSINESS DAY payment processing time for all custom orders (Build A Wig). All other orders will follow the individual processing times listed below.

Custom Wig Orders

All custom wig orders require 10–14 business days for processing and creation. Please note that shipping time is separate and begins only after your wig has been completed.

Custom wigs are made with care, so please allow the full processing period before requesting updates on your order.

Build-A-Wig Orders

Build-A-Wig Orders follow our standard processing schedule and require an additional 14–21 business days for creation.

Once your wig is complete, shipping will take 1–5 business days.

Bring Your Own Bundles

Have your own bundles? We've got you covered! Our Bring Your Own Hair service has a 7–10 business day creation time, which begins the business day after we receive your hair.

Hair Requirements

Please send:

• One closure
• Three bundles

For lengths under 16 inches, two bundles are acceptable.

We prefer new, unused hair, but previously worn extensions are welcome as long as they are clean and in good condition.

Sending Your Hair

You have 30 days from the date your order is placed to send your hair to us. If your hair is not received within 30 days, your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Bundle Orders

All bundle orders require 5–7 business days for processing.

Shipping begins once processing has been completed.

Ready-To-Ship Wigs

Ready-To-Ship wigs are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Complimentary Wig Maintenance

Every custom wig made with B. Couture Collections extensions includes a complimentary wig maintenance service.

This service is available only for wigs constructed using B. Couture Collections extensions.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending and returning units for maintenance services.

Measurements & Sizing

Please double-check all measurements before submitting your order. We create your wig based on the measurements you provide, so accuracy is extremely important.

B. Couture Collections is not responsible for wigs that do not fit due to incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Custom measurements apply to all custom units and do not apply to Ready-To-Ship wigs. 

***Tracking Numbers will be sent via email once processing time passes for your order type (allow 24-72 hours for tracking number to update with an initial scan) . PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS / CONTACT METHOD.***

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit on any products, services, classes, custom wig orders, ready-to-ship wigs, bundles, or extensions.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly review the situation and do our best to find a fair solution. Issues reported after the 24-hour will not be eligible for review.
