Due to the nature of this business and COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Wigs and hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled, or worn by buyer.

Cancelations are only accepted within 24hrs of original purchase date. There will be a $50 restock fee. Cancelations are not valid on ready to ship items.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

Shipping starts AFTER the processing time is completed. For all ready to ship products, shipping time is 2-3 business days.
Processing time for all Bundles will be 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS!

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. We offer shipping options at checkout that give customers the option to add insurance to their package. If the customer does not choose to protect their items with insurance, we will not be able to file any claims with the post office.All Packages come with a Tracking number.If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office.
